2. Description of Service

MyPhysiq provides AI-powered physique analysis, body composition estimates, fitness plan generation, nutrition guidance, and future body prediction visualizations. The service is provided for informational and motivational purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

MyPhysiq is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All measurements, body fat estimates, scores, and predictions are approximate and based on visual analysis only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet or exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

4. Fitness Plan Disclaimer

Exercise and nutrition plans are generated by AI based on your stated goals and profile. These plans are general suggestions and may not be suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for assessing whether any exercise or diet plan is appropriate for your individual health status and fitness level.

5. Accuracy of Analysis

While we strive for accuracy, body measurements and composition estimates derived from photos have inherent limitations. Results vary based on photo quality, lighting, pose, and clothing. Future body predictions are simulations and not guarantees of actual results.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate body profile information (height, weight, age, sex).
• Use the app only for its intended purpose of personal fitness tracking.
• Not upload photos of other individuals without their consent.
• Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MyPhysiq — including analysis algorithms, UI design, and generated plans — are owned by MyPhysiq and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your photos and personal data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPhysiq and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to injuries resulting from following exercise or nutrition plans.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Service Availability & Discontinuation

MyPhysiq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. If we permanently discontinue the service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice and allow users to export or delete their data before shutdown.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
